1. Membership Requirement 

• Applicants must be at least 21 years old to be eligible for LCPH membership.

• Applicants must be a member of Lady Campers PH Official Facebook Group

• Willing to actively participate in campouts, outdoor activities and camping events.

• Ready to contribute to group plans, discussions and shared tasks (like carpooling, meal prep or organizing)

• Must agree to membership guidelines.

• Optional but appreciated: Active in social media to help promote not just our camping events and partners but also to build our community (to share our values and help more women across the country).

2. Membership Fee

Applicants are required to pay the one-time membership introductory fee (999.00 PHP) upon joining to complete the application process. It's non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Respect & Inclusivity

• Treat all members with kindness and respect.

• Embrace diversity, no discrimination based on race, age, sexual orientation, background, beliefs, etc.

• Be inclusive and welcoming, especially to new members, first timers or beginners in camping.

• LCPH is a safe and welcoming space for all women—cis, trans, and everyone across the LGBTQ+, and within the neurodiversity. Come as you are, and let’s camp with pride!

4. Safety Policy

• Follow all camping safety guidelines and LCPH group leader instructions.

• Let someone know if you’re stepping away from the group (especially outdoors).

• No risky behavior that endangers yourself or others and nature.

• Your children, your responsibility and must remain under your full supervision at all times.

• keep valuables safe while outdoors, the most effective solution is to leave them inside a locked vehicle.

• No Firearms or Weapons. For everyone's safety, firearms, weapons, and explosives are not allowed at any campouts and camping events. No exceptions.

5. Participation

• Give more than you take.

• RSVP to events in a timely manner and honor commitments.

• Arrive on time and be prepared for activities (gear, clothing, tasks, etc.).

• Help out. Whether it’s setting up camp, cooking, or cleaning.

• In the event of an emergency, it would be extremely helpful to have support from members with expertise in fields such as medicine, automotive repair, or carpentry

6. Alcohol & Substances

• Alcohol is allowed, but drink responsibly.

• Illegal drugs are not allowed at any LCPH campouts and camping events.

• Respect others' choices to abstain from substances.

7. Smoking & Vaping

• Please keep smoking and vaping by the distance away from tents with children, group spots, and shared spaces.

• Be respectful of others, not everyone wants to be around smoke.

• Always ask nearby campers first out of respect.

• No littering (butts, vape tips), and always follow local fire rules.

8. Environment & Camp Etiquette

• Leave no trace, clean up after yourself and others if needed.

• Respect nature and wildlife.

• Keep noise levels appropriate, especially late at night.

• Follow camping general rules.

9. Leadership & Decision-Making

• Leaders help organize and guide LCPH group but decisions could be collaborative and with consideration for all members' voices. 

• Everyone is encouraged to contribute ideas or lead an activity if comfortable.

10. Communication & Conflict Resolution

• Use group chats/emails responsibly. No spamming, gossip, or drama.

• Practice active listening. Members are encouraged to listen attentively to each other without interrupting or dominating the conversation. 

• No discussions about politics, religion and other sensitive issues.

• Avoid shaming, judging, or belittling others for their choices, experiences, or perspectives.

• Disrespectful Language is discouraged. No hate speech, name-calling, or offensive jokes.

• Exclusion or Cliques. Avoid behavior that makes others feel left out or unwelcome.

• Toxic Positivity . Allow space for real emotions, don’t dismiss others’ struggles with overly upbeat responses.

• Interrupting or Dominating. Give everyone a chance to share. Don’t monopolize conversations.

• Address issues directly and maturely or bring them to a group leader.

• Disagreements should be handled calmly and respectfully.

• Persistent issues may result in removal from the group to maintain harmony.

11. Privacy & Photos

• Ask before taking photos of others.

• Respect everyone's privacy. No sharing of personal stories or photos without permission.

• Respect Boundaries. Everyone has the right to set their own boundaries and express them respectfully. 

• What is shared within LCPH should be kept confidential, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

12. No Judgment

• LCPH group members should be a safe space where members can share their thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment or criticism. 

• LCPH group members should value and respect diverse perspectives and encourage open dialogue.

•  Whether you're a seasoned camper or just starting out, everyone deserves to feel equally valued in LCPH group.

13. Community and Support

• LCPH group members should foster a sense of community and support among its members. 

• Your experiences matter, share your camping stories and any helpful tips with the group.

• For our sisters having a hard time pitching a tent, let's help them out.

• Let's support our group members who are vlogging or selling camping gears to gain more engagement in social media.

14. Ally Guests

LCPH group is all about empowering women and sisterhood (1 member = 1 fabulous lady!), But hey! You can totally bring your BF, husband, sons, brothers or guy friends along for the ride, as bonus boys around the fire. Yes, we’re all about the ladies, but just because we’re a girl gang doesn’t mean we're misandrist and the guys can’t tag along, as long as they uphold the group's values.. We don’t mind a few good men roasting marshmallows with us and enjoy the good vibes too!

15. Principles

• Decency - LCPH group welcomes those who are nurturing a family or embracing a life of singleness with purpose and joy. We value family, strong homes, and personal integrity. We foster a spirit of loyalty, respect, and support for healthy relationships, pro-family and committed to building; Choices that harm families, such as participating in affairs (being a mistress), or breaking homes are strongly discouraged here.

• Dating - While we celebrate all stages of life, our LCPH community is focused on building friendships, sharing adventures, strengthening one another and growth  through camping — but keep in mind, this is not a dating platform. Joining LCPH group that purposely solicit or seek romantic relationships here is very inappropriate.

• Business - Although LCPH group supports small businesses and entrepreneurs, promoting personal businesses, networks, sales, or services that are not related to camping will not be entertained on Facebook Group Page or in some camping events unless for sponsor related, so we can keep our focus on our purpose, genuine connection and shared experiences.

16. Consequences 

Our goal is always to encourage understanding first, but we are committed to protecting the positive and supportive environment we’ve built together. To maintain the integrity of LCPH community, members who violate the rules may receive the ff:

• Reminder for 1st, for showing disregard of our values.

• Warning on the 2nd, if behavior continues.

• Immediate removal on the 3rd, for persistent misconduct.

• Banned from LCPH group, if necessary, depending on the severity of violations.

17. Dress Code

• To help everyone stay comfortable, safe, easy to detect, and unified during our adventures, please follow camp wear guidelines which will be instructed to you by the LCPH group leaders.

• Wear LCPH official shirt.

18. Recreational Games

• We encourage fun and connection through recreational games if not on campouts but on camping events! Bring your favorite outdoor games like cards, frisbee, cornhole, scavenger hunts, or any group activities.

•Let’s keep the games friendly, inclusive, and fun for everyone!

• For the comfort of all members, gambling is not allowed at any campouts and camping events.

19. Event Participation Notice

While your one-time membership fee covers general group activities, organizing camp trips and keeping order in the group, please note that certain special events could occur on occasions and may involve additional costs per head.  

We understand that each member has unique purpose and preferences.  While attendance at our special events is entirely optional, but your presence is always a cherished addition to our gatherings. 

These events may feature: 

- Live Music: Enjoy performances by local artists to set the perfect camping ambiance.

- Raffles: Participate in exciting raffles for a chance to win camping gear and other surprises.

- Prizes: Engage in fun activities and friendly competitions throughout the event. Outstanding participants in the Camping Event will be recognized during our special awards ceremony. 

- Food & Drinks: Savor a variety of meals and beverages available on the event.

- Gear Swap & Sale: Buy, sell, or trade your camping and outdoor gear with fellow members. This is a fantastic opportunity to declutter, find new equipment, and connect with others who share your passion for the outdoors. 

To ensure a memorable experience for all, a separate event fee will be required to cover these enhancements. Details regarding any additional charges will be provided in advance of each event.

Some events would be for a cause and for charity. Hoping some of our members will also take part in these events, making our time together even more meaningful.

20. Subverting The LCPH Group Leader's Authority

Just a reminder, only campouts led by the LCPH Group Leaders are considered official group campouts and camping events. Any group activities organized without the presence of the LCPH Group Leaders will not be recognized as an LCPH Campout or Camping Event. This is to ensure consistency, safety and alignment with our group values and guidelines. This helps us maintain the integrity of our group and that all members have a unified and meaningful experience.

21. Have Fun!

• Bring good vibes, a sense of adventure, and a spirit of sisterhood.

• Laugh often, support each other, and make memories.

By joining and participating, you agree to respect all LCPH group leaders, members and follow the LCPH guidelines.
